The kitchen was fully stocked with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, etc. so you don't have to constantly run the dishwasher. The company that manages it contacted me during the first few days of our stay to see if I had any questions or comments which made it more personal. There is a new boardwalk to access the beach and an access code is required to access the boardwalk and the restrooms by the pool area which is nice. The condo was plenty big enough to fit 5-6 people. The only complaint my wife and I had was the bed in the master bedroom. It was so uncomfortable that my wife and I were waking up multiple times a night every night we were there. The bed was really stiff!
