The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Return parking pass. Turn off coffee maker, lights and tv. Turn AC to 76 (or in winter, heat to 62). Empty fridge/freezer. Place all used towels on bathroom counter. Lock slider and front door.

Parking pass MUST be returned to the condo upon checking out. The Condo Association is now requiring that a $25 fee be charged if the pass is not left and needs to be replaced.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pets are allowed

Service animals are welcome, and are exempt from fees

Note from host: Must be leashed in public. No pets on beds.
