We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The ocean view is amazing! The condo is very clean and stocked with extras like beach towels and beach chairs. The two complimentary beach chair set up was my favorite! You walk to the beach and take your towel and relax. The kitchen even has a crockpot. Check in and out was so easy. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed in the Destin area.

I loved the unit very much. It's a terrific view of the beach and water from the balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs, that is so nice. Parking is very convenient. The IP provides carts to carry your bags and other stuff. The Host supplies everything needed, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella to name a few items. The kitchen is well stocked, with anything you will need. The unit is well kept and comfortable. The washer and dryer are full size. The host is very attentive and helpful. The hosts were the best. I loved the unit and I love the IP.

The unit was amazing. Perfect view. Clean. Everything we needed and more. Parking space and included beach chairs and umbrella. If you have children there is beach toys and crab nets. Beach chairs if you don’t bring your own. Plenty of blankets. Decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks for letting us be part of it. Kentucky families.

Great family location

This is a great place for families. I love Destin, but it tends to be very overcrowded. Okaloosa Island is close enough to Destin for dinner and entertainment, but provides a beach that is not overcrowded.

Great condo in a great location

This condo was very clean and is on the second floor which provided a great view of the ocean. It's a short walk down to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The little extras of the property are what really made it amazing. The board games, beach toys, little personalized cups, the throw blankets. It felt like home. The view was beautiful, property well kept. Truly amazing experience. Left feeling very happy and relaxed

The place is awesome, the location awesome, plenty of extra items in the place to use like the kitchen and beach. Would totally stay again. But honestly I would fire the cleaning staff. Will address with the owners.

A week of relaxation!

What a great place to stay - beautiful condo, beautiful views, clean beach and pool, plenty of room for 5 of us. Lots of extras - beach towels, toys, sunscreen, games, books, laundry detergent, soap in each bathroom and at kitchen sink, dishwasher soap. You name it, it might be there for your use. Walk in, relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy everything there is to see and do! Owners great to work with!

Perfection

This is a beautiful condo, clean and very well maintained with every detail considered and everything you may need for your stay provided. We needed nothing, but the owners checked in with us to make sure all was well and were very prompt in answering questions we had before our arrival. The view is wonderful, the property is well maintained, the beach service staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved having a covered parking spot. There are good restaurants in walking distance, but we also enjoyed the Destin area restaurants. Publix is just across the bridge - 10 min away - for groceries. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this condo!

Very nice condo! Love that it has 3 bathrooms. It was so nice to come into a condo and feel like it was well stocked. Condo had fully stock kitchen, beach chairs, games and sand toys! This was a plus for us because we are limited on what we could bring flying. We appreciated the things people left behind like spices, laundry soap and paper plates. We brought those items and left ours behind for the next person. The view!!! Was perfect. Brad was always responsive to any of our concerns and I truly felt he just wanted us to have a peaceful time.

Superb amenities, great beach!

Condo had everything you could want. Full kitchen including all the appliances and utensils. Comfortable furniture and beds. Beach toys, towels, chairs and umbrella came in the unit. Beautiful view from the balcony. Swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained. Questions to the owner were promptly answered. Beach had perfectly white sand and clear water. Beach was graded and cleaned early each morning. Definitely would rent this unit again. We had a great time and are so grateful to the owners for maintaining a perfect property. Looking forward to renting this unit in the future.

Large condo with a great ocean view! Away from the pool area so it is quieter. Second floor -- great in case you want to use the stairs instead of the elevator. The condo is a little older but well maintained! It had a lot of extras we did not expect like sand toys for kids beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the closets. The weather was not in our favor for this trip but we enjoyed spending time inside the condo. It is close to several restaurants and not too far to drive to Destin. Okaloosa Pier is right around the corner. Spent some time fishing off the pier there! We had a couple questions and the owners were always available to answer them via phone. Overall a great experience with this rental. Would highly recommend!

The owners really thought of everything, stocking so many little extras like beach toys, towels, and bags; games and movies and books; and everything we needed in the kitchen, along with clear instructions. Brad was easily reachable and responsive, and check in and check out were simple.The beach service was excellent, and the owners also had extra beach chairs and umbrellas in their closets for a larger group! We loved the private hot tub and heated pool on . I love that the unit is on the second floor so that you are just above the dunes and have a perfect view of the beach!
