"First, the hot tub was NOT functional during my entire stay. No Sign Posted, either. Second, we had to call the front desk THREE times just to get towels. Third, one of the fire pits was not functional. Many guests, including my family, were unable to enjoy sitting by it. Fourth, there was a COCKROACH in our bathroom! How DISGUSTING! I have pictures and a video of the cockroach for proof. In short, I will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I was really exciting after looking at the hotel online. However, it was a VERY disappointing experience. I complained to the front desk about these complaints. We were just given one free breakfast voucher for our troubles. WOW! I was at least expecting some type of rebate on our total hotel stay."

"No pets. Yes there are things nearby and there are a lot of things to do close. The room was pretty clean, but there were burns all over the comforters and the shower curtain and there were cockroaches. The staff was nice and accommodating. "
