    Please note that there is a detached cottage located at the rear of the property. The cottage is completely separated from the main home by a privacy fence and has its own dedicated outdoor space and entrance. Guests staying in the main house have exclusive use of the main home’s yard and amenities, while the cottage and its fenced area remain private.
