Please be advised that the use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. The property owners and management do not assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. By using the pool, guests agree to abide by all safety rules and acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and at their own risk  
  
 Wi-Fi, TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.  
  
♨️ Charcoal Grill (Shared Amenity) – Guests are welcome to use the outdoor charcoal grill. Just bring your own charcoal and enjoy!  
  
⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you\`ll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.

Our stay in waterfront getaway seven was wonderful! This newly built place is amazing. I love that we are facing the water its nice waking up in the morning looking out the window having our coffee. The place is so clean, its newly built and built beautifully. The bed was so comfortable. The walk to the beach only took us 5 mins tops and the place has a beach chairs stored! We felt safe in this area and it’s quiet the whole time. Highly recommend! Definitely gonna go back again!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was nice, comfortable and was well stocked. Very clean too! The area is quiet and peaceful, which made relaxing easy. Host responded to questions immediately and gave us great tips on restaurants in the area. The sunsets were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen! Definitely a hidden gem! Can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed here for a wedding weekend and the place was AMAZING!! Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Easiest check in and check out I’ve had in a while - Max was so helpful and responsive - we felt right at home. Thank you!!!

#### Perfect little place

Traveled with my husband, daughter and fur baby for extended weekend stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The private beach area and warf were clean and easily accessible. We appreciate the opportunity to bring our Labrador, there are not many places that allow large dogs. There were areas in the neighborhood to walk him and I felt safe doing so alone. The restaurant "The Gulf" is close by, pet friendly and was very enjoyable. Definitely would stay again.
