Great condo for a family

We loved how big and spread out this condo was and it allowed everyone to have their own space. The huge porch was great for everyone to come together in the mornings with coffee and the breeze coming off of the bay was so nice. The condo was tastefully decorated. The beds were also very comfortable for a good nights sleep for all!

Quick Family Getaway!

We usually travel as a family, so it’s essential to find accommodations that can comfortably fit everyone. Having a full kitchen, a refrigerator, and ample seating is always a top priority for us. This condo met all our requirements, and we were delighted with everything it had to offer.

Beautiful, clean condo

This is a great place to stay. It’s right next to the pool with a huge balcony with beautiful views of the bay. Inside space is very roomy and very clean. The beds were all comfy, even the bunks. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The weather in March for spring break was chilly at night, sunny in the day, very windy, and water was pretty darn cold, but not horrible. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed for just a few days as we were visiting friends in the area. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious, it had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and there was a Keurig coffee maker. There was lots of space to spread out. The wrap around deck was spectacular and the location was ideal, there were plenty of dining options nearby.

Very nice condo in a nice location. It just needed a deep cleaning, but nothing that affected our stay. I realize there is little time between rentals to do a deep cleaning so just a suggestion when time allows it.

What a view WOW..

The condo and the location are both amazing. The view is to die for. We absolutely love the lazy river. The staff is amazing and super friendly. The Resort Property is so beautiful. We stayed here last year for a week and liked it so well we rented it for two weeks this year. The Boat Rental next door is so covenant. You have to rent a Pontoon and go experience crab island the water during high tide is gorgeous turquoise blue/green color. And go across the road to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park for the Dolphin / Sea Lion shows etc. And if you haven't tried the food at Whattaburger you should and the shakes. Destin West Beach and Bay Resort is our favorite in the Destin/Fort Walton area. Thanks for such a great family trip. We will return soon.

Just what I needed

The condo and property were perfect. Perfect view, nice amenities that lived up to the expectations. I do wish the property had a business center. We had an unexpected need to have a document printed, signed and scanned and were unable to do so. The office said that they could not do that. So we had to find a public library to do so. I realize that this feature was never advertised, but I wonder if it wold be something that can be added in the future.

This property is everything that the marketing said it would be. Clean, overly spacious, close the beach and even closer to the bay. Access to multiple pools, hot tubs and a lazy river. You can't go wrong picking Osprey 303 in Destin West. We will be back.

Our FAVORITE Bayside Unit!

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids). We had everything we needed for any meal we wanted to make and enjoyed some favorites like Dewey Destin's and Fudpucker's while visiting. Pink Coyote Ice Cream is amazing too! Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to visiting with you again soon!

This condo’s location is the best! Bayside and pool views make this one extra special. So much room both inside and on patio. The condo’s location to the pools and pier is convenient. Super modern and decor is awesome. The icing on the top is that the host answers any questions or concerns timely! The dryer broke and the very same day I reported the issue, we had a new one. The communication is clear and check in and check out was smooth.

Enjoyed our second visit and will be back!

The condo was beautiful! We had everything we needed for our 5 nights there. The weather could have been warmer but that is out of your hands. The only complaint about the condo was it was a bit dusty in a few spots: the bottom self of the coffee table and under the beds. But overall everyone had a great time and we'll definitely be back!
