There were several things that were important for our stay: ground floor, close proximity to the pool and beach, full kitchen and allowed pets. All exceeded our hopes for our vacation! The pool was literally just out the back door and the beach access was just out the front door. And there was an umbrella and two chairs at the beach if we so chose to enjoy them. We loved that there was room for everyone to have their own space. The bunk bed was very comfy as well as the sofa bed. The king bed's mattress comfort was amazing!
