Week spring getaway

The view from the balcony is amazing & the location is great. The property is a 2 min. walk to the beach. The only thing we found the kitchen could use was a cookie sheet for the oven. The only complaints I have are the fold out couch was broken which we were not made aware of and this made it hard to sleep 6 comfortably.

The room was clean, great view, it wasnt noisy, and the only thing was missing was the latch on the door.. so we could lock the door at the top. It had other locks as well to secure the door. But other than that my husband and I enjoyed it.

Cleaning crew really dropped the balll

Checked in Saturday using Property manager. Check is was 4 pm. We did not get in the condo until almost 5pm. Almost immediately, we noticed the clean crew had not done their job. Towels from previous guest left. The bathroom was not clean. Tables were dirty and the dishes were put away DIRTY. We called to let Wyndham know about the issues and waited an hour with no response. Called back and was told that no one received the original request to check the unit. Spent the next two hours watching a cleaning crew reclean our unit. If not for Alexis, Ben and Travis our stay would have been ruined. While they saved they day, I can never trust the management at Wvr to deliver on the very basics of renting condos. Imagine not knowing the dishes you were using were not clean and the sheets were not clean and the bathrooms were left dirty. Unfortunate for the owner of this unit because the space was pretty nice. Great view, plenty of space, update appliances, nice furnishings. Would stay here again but not through Wyndham.

We came in town for a regional lacrosse game and decided to make it a weekend. Such a great location with beautiful views and access to great restaurants. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out. What more do you need?

Perfect!

Everything about this condo either met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked and all of the appliances have been updated. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The condo is within walking distance to the beach and there is a bar on the beach if you want any mixed drinks. When you come back from the beach, there are showering stations to wash the sand off. The pools are easily accessible and never felt over crowded and there were plenty of lounge chairs poolside. There is a restaurant on the first floor that has AMAZING pizzas and I highly recommend ordering the Asian Glazed Shrimp. So fresh and so delicious. Each night when we put the kids the bed, one of us went downstairs to the restaurant and got a cocktail to wind down. Highly recommend their Old Fashioned. There is a Winn-Dixie less than a mile from the condo for any of your grocery needs and is fully stocked with alcohol and a great cigar case. There is a Walmart about 5 miles down the road as well. Overall, the condo, the resort, and the beach were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Had a great time, my only complaint is our AC went out twice on our stay. I called and Vacasa had a technician come to fix it. Also, make sure you have a parking pass in your room. One was not in our room and SeaScape would not give one without charging $10 for one. Again, I called Vacasa and this issue was resolved.

Awesome Spring Break!

My wife, four kids and I stayed at Ariel Dunes 1 and had a great time! The location was perfect, the view was amazing and the unit we stayed in was very comfortable for our family of 6! The only negative is that the “fitness center” was very shabby, but fortunately I was able to drive to Planet Fitness each morning if our stay.
