We love this location and you will too-resort living at its finest! \*This holiday home boasts new floors, generous granite counters, and updated décor \*Wonderful views of the Village of Baytowne Wharf Town Center \*The kitchen is stocked with new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dinnerware \*Walk outside our condo to an array of restaurants, live music, and views of the bay \*The living room is furnished with a new queen sofa sleeper with a gel mattress, comfy side chairs, and a large Smart TV \*Sliding glass doors that open onto a large balcony. We overlook Baytowne Wharf \*There are 4 chairs at the dining table and three additional breakfast bar seats \*The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a new gel mattress, a private bathroom, and a wall-mounted HDTV. \*Our guest bedroom has a queen bed and a TV \*Minimum age to rent is 25 Roam the 2,400-acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin! Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. This was our fourth time staying in Baytowne, and this condo was by far our favorite! It was much more spacious than the pictures made it seem, which was a great surprise. The wraparound balcony was one of our favorite features—we loved sitting out there in the mornings with breakfast and coffee, and in the evenings listening to the live music from Baytowne. Watching the fireworks and drone show from the balcony was a major plus—no crowds, just a relaxing evening with our family.The location of this condo puts you right in the middle of all the activity, which is exactly what we wanted. We loved being able to walk right out to restaurants, shops, the arcade, and of course, nightly ice cream runs. My son absolutely loved it!The condo itself was very clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our family of four. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were surprisingly spacious. We also enjoyed going to the pool every day after the beach—it was the perfect way to wind down. My husband especially appreciated having access to the fitness center during our stay.Overall, this condo was perfect in every way, and it made for an amazing vacation. The pools are clean, the bus transport is excellent. The condo was beautiful and just the perfect size for our family. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, patio was a good size. The futon couch was a bit uncomfortable to sit on, but the rest of the furniture was good. The Villages at Baytowne had something entertaining every night for the kids to do. The only downside is the communication with the property management team and the dryer appliance didn’t work well. Beyond Blue’s hospitality app was not easy to navigate and they kept changing the phone number to contact for any questions and for check-in and check-out. Rooms were fairly clean except for the carpeting. The dryer heating element was pretty much shot, so we had to air dry our swimsuits and towels nightly. Our 3rd stay in Baytowne Wharf and this has been the best unit so far. The location was perfect. We had a fabulous view of the fireworks and light show right from our balcony. We had a little issue with a toilet but the management company handled it very promptly.
