"Great location for the marina, bus travel and town! Staff are very helpful and attentive. Please be warned there is no lift so request a ground floor room if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. There is a disparity between the rooms (old and new) Recently refurbed rooms are much nicer - modern, lighter and more spacious."

"The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The bar staff when we arrived were obviously new but went out of their way to help and ensure the order was correct. The breakfast was very good, a mixture of help yourself and cooked to order. The room was mostly very clean. The only thing we found was that the top cupboards, which are high, were very dusty. The bag I put there came out very dirty. Overall I liked our room but the window sills will need replacing soon."

"The hotel was in a perfect position to view amazing sunsets. The room we had, that was on the ground floor was large with an extra large wet room. The air conditioning was the best we’d ever experienced in a hotel room. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options and was unlimited. We borrowed beach towels from reception for free. The parking was at the back of the property but easy to find. The room was made up for us every day and stocked up with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water when ever we ran out."

"Excellent hotel with 2 minor problems. The room key arrangements are great for families but not for a couple of adults. The 3rd floor has little ventilation and is too hot at night. Window opening is restricted and so a good night's sleep is not to be had."
