"The only real issue are the dispensers for hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and bath get. They are very difficult to get any product out. The one for hand soap was actually starting to come off the wall. They are rather high and just hard to get to easily."

"Our room had a musty moldy in it. In general the room appeared pretty clean. The overall appearance of the facility looked fairly run down and old. Bed was fairly comfortable. The room size was quite small but was sufficient for our short stay. Was hoping to have a fitness center but there was not one. For some reason it was quite noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The shower head needed to be cleaned or replaced because the water spray was minimal. I did have two more nights reserved later in the month but I canceled those reservations to look for a place someone more to my liking. "

"Amazing overnight stay at the Best Western Plus! Friendly staff accommodated needs when requested. Comfortable and very spacious room made a day of travel relaxing! My only consideration is to add a door between the bathroom and the common space on the one bedroom suite as advertised on the website. Thank you for an amzing stay!"
