The listing said breakfast was included. They offered granola bars only. The room was supposed to be non-smoking; it smelled like tobacco and had cigarette burn marks in the sheets and furniture. The floors were dirty and sticky in our room. They provided very limited towels.

Sat at a locked lobby door with a sign on the window said doing rounds well me and my daughter sat there for over a hr and a half waiting just to see someone to get my room key that was paid for in advance had to do that after work and had to be back at work in four hours didn’t receive a discount or any help

Property was very old and run down!! Outside stairs were very old exposed rust and cracking ! Asphalt on property was damaged, weather damaged shower curtain was extremely dirty , should have been discarded !!! There was a single microwave oven in laundry room for the entire facility!! Microwave was filthy and smelled so bad!! The building as a whole looked like it was ready to be demolished!!!!!

The clerk didn’t ask for my identification when I checked in, but he was hanging with his homeless-, tweeker-type friends. Breakfast was coffee and granola bars. The neighborhood was super sketchy and several guests spent the night shrieking at one another. Would not recommend

Dirty, cigarette burns in everything. Crackheads everywhere. Mini fridge didn’t work. Cockroaches so bad they don’t mind the light and are everywhere. After all this If you’re able to fall asleep you will be woke up by the bed bugs eating you. -3 stars! Someone please burn it down

Did not like the property at all !! The rooms were upstairs & my daughter can't climb them !!! The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke & my wife would not stay in them !!! We had to go to another Motel !!!! I want my money refunded !!!!!

Horrible! Nothing but a crack hotel! Cigarette burns in the bedding, dirt all over the floors, smelled like cigarettes in the room, stains all over the beds, and bugs on counter. Wouldn’t let a stray dog stay here.

Very disappointed
First room smelled like bug cleaner really bad like they just freshly done it and I can’t be around that neither can my husband said and the comforter and the sheets had stains all over them he put us into another room that the comforters had stains and smell mildewy and no microwave no coffee pot the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut and it was like really dingy painted like the paint was really dirty and the curtain had mold at the very bottom of it in the shower the shower floor was stained like it was dirty beds were not comfortable at all it was like sleeping on bricks very unsatisfied there will never go back

The rooms looked like they were recently renovated so they were very up to date and very clean. The motel itself was in an older run down area of town, with questionable people walking around at all hours. But all in all it was a nice room for the price.

It was cheap, but for a super 8 i expected a clean nonsmoked in room, no hair in the bathroom and no cigarette burns in the sheets. No hand soap or TP either

The breakfast was little muffins and granola bars. I reserved a non smoking king bed room and when I arrived said no king rooms available they put me in a double bed room that smoking room. My allergies are all messed up. Then they tried to charge me more for the room

Disappointed again
The worst Super 8 we have ever stayed in. The phone had all kind of sticky stuff on it, no kleenex. The Cont. breakfast was a grab and go with only muffins and granola bars, coffee and juice. No where to sit. It has been awhile for us taking a trip, but we use to enjoy staying at a Super 8, not anymore. It will never happen if we can help it, as the one we stayed in night before was very disappointing also

The room I was given at check in was not clean. There was hair on the bed, a used band-aid on the floor, and a variety of stains and detritus throughout the room. I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of stale smoke and there were numerous burn holes in the bed sheets. The night manager confirmed with me that the room was non-smoking and had been cleaned. However, it was obvious to me that the room had not been cleaned and had been smoked in. I checked out at this point and purchased a room at the Best Western in Fort Smith to sleep in. The night manager at Best Western shared that they frequently have guests come who "just can't make themselves stay at that Super 8". A search of google reviews shows that this property has a history of poor maintenance and uncleanliness dating back at least three years. Others have reported prostitution and drug dealing. I saw ladies outside on hotel property wearing stereotypical prostitution attire, but I was not propositioned and I can't say with certainty that they were engaged in prostitution. I don't expect lots of amenities from Super 8, but I do expect the rooms to be clean. I've never had a problem with the Super 8 brand before, and I plan to give the brand another chance. But my experience at the Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Smith has shaken my confidence.

The room was clean and well maintained but the property was not attractive and it was not pet friendly. The property needed a fresh coat of paint and the grounds need to be landscaped and properly maintained.

It was the worst experience in my lifetime my arrival was good but thru the night crickets in the room chirping my property was taken out of my room my pain meds came up missing i had to recover them from the front room they gonna tell me if anything was missing let them know they will file a police report then have to have proof so i called them to report my pain meds was missing ivwas told that my meds was in there why they go through my meds that'swas all in a Walgreens sack how did they know i had pain meds nothing of mines shouldn't have been removed from my room period ...so what they said is my meds was in there and it was locked up in the front and no ither person had the key but him and the property manager..wow so yes it was bad from the jump going in my room..after i left came back to find my stuff removed.

Booked a non smoking room but got a room that smelled horribly of cigarettes and had multiple cigarette burns in the bedding. Called the front desk and they offered to bring air freshener “if they got around”, which we never received. Felt unsafe, and was even bothered at our door by a solicitor. Also got to listen to screaming baby in the next room all night long. Only perk was they allowed our dogs.

The staff was friendly but the property was somewhat run down. The door didnt have a security lock, the bathroom door was unable to shut and the mattresses felt like a piece of foam on the floor just elevated. No box spring to give extra support. The floors were newer looking but the duvet on beds had cigarette burns in.

Sheets were stained, bedspread had holes, curtains were dirty, non smoking rooms reeked of smoke, parking lot had huge pot holes, no extra security locks on the door, showers were stained and dirty and walls had stains (probably from roof leaks). Stairs were rusty outsides and could see where parts had eroded away. Gentlemen behind the countywas extremely nice which is the only good thing i can say and the uhaul place we needed was right next door

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
The air conditioner unit didn't work. Light in the bathroom didn't work. I asked the night clerk for another room and was told "your room is your room, sorry". Next morning I went down to complain again and was told the same thing by another clerk. I asked if I can be refunded and was told no. I threw the card down and left as there was no point in staying. Ruined my trip.
