Nice staff! Older hotel, good stay.

Room could’ve been cleaner, the glass top on the nightstands has spills underneath that were not cleaned. The carpet was quite dirty behind the nightstands when accessing outlets. Bathroom was as expected, some areas of grout could’ve been attended too. Staff upon check in completely ignored us, and we waited for a long time prior to someone even being at the front desk which seemed odd for a Friday check in. We had the luggage carrier packed to the top and we weren’t offered any information regarding parking/valet. We asked for extra towels due to an accident and we were given completely different than what we asked (requested 4 towels, 2 facecloths and a bath mat, were given 2 towels and 2 hand towels) and again waited and waited at the front desk for assistance. My husband got his keys from valet and they didn’t even bother to tell him where his vehicle was and it ended up being in the parking lot behind the hotel that wasn’t accessible without staff assistance. When I went down to check out the front desk attendant was very short with me for the one question I had. Overall a very disappointing experience for a “four star” hotel.

I liked how they got me extra cream for my coffee because I use more than the expected allotment.
