"Front desk woman was nice and checkin was easy. The rooms were so cheaply put together (which we didn't expect much for the lower price point, we just needed to sleep on our way through Kansas). The floors were all stained along with lamp shade and some pillow cases, the bathroom I hardly wanted to pee in, don't think I could've showered in it. I went to brush my teeth and brown water came out which luckily went to clear but I couldn't do it. All the mirrors were so spotty and dirty I could hardly see through it. They had a small breakfast out, a couple cereals, waffle maker and biscuits and gravy then milk and juice. It is family owned and I know keeping up these days is hard but I'm just glad it was only at night to sleep...also thankful to not find any bed bugs 😆 Also the highway was SO loud all night. I kept thinking our window was open. "

"Breakfast was way too early 630 am pool was closed front desk asked us 3 times to checkout before 11am starting from 10 when we were getting coffee and getting packed up only plus point was the night guy was very nice and the hotel was clean the shampoo bottles were a waste of plastic size of thimbles and not useful should have reusable system also Walmart Brand yogurt no bacon sausage only eggs and hash brown"

"I got in late, about 1:30am. I called when I got to the facility from the phone at the front and someone came and checked me in in minutes even at that hour. Room was clean and tidy. Had all the amenities for a long stay. If you plan to cook you with need your own pot, plates and cutlery. I would recommend"

"The house was beautiful and furnished with every amenity possible. The beds were very comfortable and the appliances were top notch. The tankless water heater provided plenty of hot water for all 3 bathrooms and laundry room. The wrap around deck was great to sit outside for morning coffee while watching the sunrise and evening spirits while watching the sunset on the rear deck. The arcade building was a huge hit with the grandkids (and adults). There were games for all ages. The grounds were well manicured and the fire pit was great to sit around on the chilly nights. There were Cornhole boards and ring toss for outdoor activities. It was extremely quiet and serene. We had 11 people in our party and they all slept comfortably. The host was very responsive and couldn't be anymore accommodating. We'll definitely be booking this property again."
