Its a good place

We had a very nice room on the 1st floor. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was prepared and served by a very nice Amish Women. This was an unusual extra bonus. TY Vallarie.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
While the rooms and furnishings are very nice, the bathrooms we not cleanly or updated. The night I stayed there, the power had gone off and there was no air conditioning and the no water. This could be a nice B&B but the outdoors need to be improved. For starters, they could remove the junk water heater from the front porch.

Wonderful Host

I had a very nice overnight stay. The host was very accommodating both with the timing of my arrival and tailoring breakfast to my dietary needs. Property is in a lovely area with easy access to highways. Would stay here again.
