The screened in balcony overlooks the 11th and 12th tee box and greens. The unit is just steps from the Pinecrest subdivision pool and walking distance from the Stoneybrook clubhouse and main pool. Perfect location for shopping and dining. Our neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Carlina at the Realty Group was lovely to work with and always answered our emails promptly.
