Everything was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. We had two of us working there for the month with zero issues. This property had everything you could ask for with plenty of room to spread out a bit. The pool area was great (clean and very usable) to relax in the sun, watching the golfers on the green. Bill was very responsive to the few questions we had for him (none regarding issues with the property). There were plenty of beaches to choose from, from Naples to Ft Myers, all within 45 minutes max. All in all, I would put this as the best VRBO experience out of a long list. ##### Jason H. We have been to Stoneybrook before and really like the location - close to golfing, shopping, and friends (and close to the airport, which was helpful when picking up/dropping off family members). The house is lovely, it works great for 4-6 people, and can easily accommodate more if necessary. The furniture is nice and the decor pleasant, and the outside area is very comfortable for relaxing after golf or shopping. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The neighbors are nice and quiet, and really helpful if you have any questions as a guest. The owner is overall very pleasant and easy to work with. We had numerous questions and he responded quickly and in enough detail to help us make our decisions. The price seemed reasonable, and the security deposit was returned promptly and without complications. Would rent again without hesitation. ##### Jure B.
