It was nice being right next to the warm pool. My son worked remotely and walked and swam each morning before work. The country club is very nice for meals too, and the preserve path is great for walking. The unit was very nicely upgraded. Having a den with desk was good for my son's work. My only complaint was that the towels, cookware, etc. were not all in good condition. Also it would have been nice to have bars to aid getting in the tub and shower. I trip was responsive when I called about a problem with smoke detectors, and they sent someone to install new ones.
