In a quiet neighborhood. What we liked best is that it was very convenient-- 15 minutes to both the Fort Myers beaches and Sanibel/Captiva. Grocery stores nearby. A car is needed, otherwise distances to shopping/restaurants too far from flat. It is a 1 room flat, which has kitchen, TV and beds in one room and a separated shower room, with toilet, and with a mirror, washing place at the entrance of the shower room. Would recommend the flat for short term stays (for a few days), but rather not for longer stays (1 week plus), since lack of privacy (one terrace used by 3 flats, side by side) and limited space within the flat. Nice conversation with landlord and easy access to the flat (by codes), with car parking nearly in front of the flats. ##### Eckhardt P.
