It has been recently redone and is very clean and updated. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The carport is setup as a patio & there is room for outdoor dining and sunning. Even though the neighborhood looks somewhat run down, many of the nearby homes had extensive damage during Hurricane Ian, and are working on getting them repaired.
