The house was accurately represented in the listing. It’s a small, cozy place. The home is a bit older and lacks some amenities that more modern homes have (e.g., not a ton of free outlet space) but this was not a problem for us - we had all that we needed for the weekend and we were very comfortable. Taqueria Jalapenos was across the street, with good food and easy to walk to. We also walked to CVS to pick up a few things. Publix was a short drive away to grab groceries. We were able to easily park a 28' RV in the front of the house. The inside of the house was really clean and had a great style. The king size beds were comfortable, with a TV in each room. The kitchen was very large, but we had to bring in a patio chair to sit all 6 of us around the table for meals. The large couch in the living room was a great place to hang out and talk out the plans for the day. If I get to Ft. Meyers again, I would definitely rent this house again. I communicated with Matthew 3 times, and each time he was pretty quick to respond with a thorough answer. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here. ##### Susan W.
