Myers. With the four bedrooms there was plenty of space for everyone. House was immaculately cleaned when we arrived. Host is very gracious and helpful, easy to communicate with. Probably the easiest check out we've experienced. Only negative is the pool had no pool cage which meant bugs in the evening, but we knew that before we booked. Travelers be aware that one of the bedrooms is upstairs with only access being a spiral staircase in case that's an issue. The other three bedrooms are all on main floor, however. Location is close to many places to eat, and not too bad drive to the beaches. Most importantly for us, close to the ball fields. Easy to recommend the Fairview Getaway. ##### Tom P. There is an extra charge if you want the pool heated. In our case I did not know this till 2 days into our stay. I paid the extra charge and after 3 days of the pool heater running non stop it raised the temperature about 3 degrees. It was all the heater could do to keep just the "spa" at bath tub temperature. Other than that the house is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and such. I LOVED the coffee maker!
