Cozy RV in a quiet Resort

This RV is located in a Sun Retreat just a short trip to some of the best beaches in SWFL, plenty of shopping and endless restaurants!

The resort has a large pool and hot tub, three newly renovated coin operated laundry rooms, a gym, rec hall with pool table, three ponds for fishing or just relax to watch the wild life, a tiki hut with shuffle board courts, a playground for the kids, dog park and pickleball courts!

The RV is a 42’ Toy Hauler Fifth Wheel with a side patio. Spacious indoor living space and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests with two queen size beds, a bunk and the option for a third queen size bed in the second bedroom.

1 1/2 Bathrooms, open concept kitchen, ice cold A/C and on-demand hot water!

The outdoor space has lounge seating with a fire table for guest use and a grill for BBQing.

Towels, linens provided for the bedrooms and bathroom.

Basic kitchen items provided including Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, cutlery and flatware, plates and bowls, pots and pans)

If I could give 0/5 I would. Host completely unresponsive. Significant sewer issue upon arrival. It was completely disgusting. Pictures and bed situation are inaccurate. Had to find another place last minute. Needs updated pictures. Rv is much older and has many damages that are not shown in photos.
