This is an upper level, two bedroom and two bath unit with screened in lanai.
The private beaches at South Seas resort are yours to embrace. Even during this busiest time of the Season, the beach is remarkably peaceful. The family friendly luxury resort offers a private pool next to the condos, access the three pool complex a short walk away with available cabanas and poolside bars.

The resort also provides you on property access to boat rentals, fishing equipment, bait, bike rentals, a children's game room, and your choices of fine and casual dining. Top off the day at Scoops ice cream shop or a cocktail on beach. Captiva Island also has much to offer. There are fabulous restaurants like The Old Captiva House (sunsets from your table or turn your head for a view of the Pine Island Sound), Mucky Duck (live music daily on the beach with sunsets served nightly-fabulous grouper sandwiches), and Doc Fords (rum cocktails their speciality and a continuing battle for the best grouper sandwich). We can share much more as we have been on the islands of Sanibel and Captiva for 25 years. We hope you can visit!
