Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, I didn’t get to stay here. I called the hotel to confirm The room accommodations I booked which was a room with 2 king beds and a full kitchen, and was told “we do not have such rooms”. Hmm. I called Expedia customers service, who have been very helpful with booking adjustments in the past. I was told they couldn’t help and that I would have to deal with the property directly to cancel or change anything. I called the hotel back and they SAID they would cancel it with no charge. I hope so. We’ll see what happens. Wish Expedia could have been more helpful. I couldn’t say enough positive about them until this snafu.
