The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the living room includes a leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress—perfect for up to 6 guests. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets), then unwind in the spacious living area. In-unit washer/dryer, basic cable, internet, and covered parking are all included for your convenience. Bella Terra Neighborhood and Condos Amenities are incredible! Lots of other amenities too (did aquafit regularly) and beautifully manicured property. Our owner (Joe) was a pleasure to deal with and made sure that our needs were addressed quickly. The condo was outfitted with everything one might need. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to any requests. The condo was immaculate with a very well equipped kitchen. There were even beach chairs, an umbrella and a nice sized cooler for us to use on our beach trips to Sanibel Island. This unit was very quiet and convenient to all of the fantastic amenities that Bella Terra offers. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return again. In fact we liked it so much we are trying to convince my mother-in-law to rent the condo so she can enjoy it as well. ##### samantha r. The amenities on the property make it hard to leave. A small pool is within walking distance of the condo and a very large pool is not far away. Our grandchildren loved to visit and enjoy the pool and the playground. The property also offers basketball courts, tennis courts, fitness center and lots of walking paths. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. The beaches are a short drive away. The condo had a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs for our use. The condo is very comfortably furnished.
