Beautiful and spacious townhome located in Sail Harbour, a beautiful community in a great location, minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, shopping, restaurants and entertainment, also adjacent to the HealthPark Medical Center. Enjoy open plan, very well equipped kitchen and spacious living room with comfortable furnishings, large flat screen TV and dining area. There is also an additional half bath on first floor and a one-car garage. Master Suite and additional bedroom with bathroom upstairs and laundry room. No dogs, per the association. Everything was great about the property: the acceptance of children (!!!), the cleanliness, the spaces etc... the only problem was access! We had to go through the main gate to gain access to the house. Our access was deleted every 10 days so we had to scramble to get the real estate broker to find the owner to put us on her "guest list". Good place to stay, however!

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Very poor. Nothing was ready for move in. Probably the worst rental experience I have had.
Avoid this place. These are only a few pictures of what we found when we arrived.
