beautiful and fully furnished and equipped waterfront condo. The condo is turnkey brand new AC unit, all amenities included, utensils, coffee maker, ironing board to name a few. cable, water, and utilities included. HOA requires 680 or higher credit score for approval. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 30 days per HOA requirements and prospective tenant will need to get approved by the HOA prior to move-in. This is not a nightly stay property, this is a short term rental.
(Please Note): There is also a 11.5% Surcharge applicable with short term rentals that are in duration of less than 6 Months and 1 day which includes 6.5% for Florida Sales tax and 5% which goes to the Lee County Tourist Development Tax.
