- Welcome to this absolutely stunning, Santa Barbara Casita in the resort-style community of Paseo! This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home is located in the award-winning Paseo community, and features luxury accommodations, including 2 screened-in lanais, bikes and a number of updates throughout the home. The community features 3 pools, Fitness Club, Movie Theater and Tiki Bar Come enjoy Paseo and make your vacation amazing!" 15 minutes to RSW, 20 minutes to the beaches and conveniently located down the street from shopping, restaurants and the supermarket. Paseo does require a 30 day minimum rental stay. If you have questions on this prior to booking, I am happy to discuss with you to share more on community rules.
