Myers to checkout a college for my son. We decided to make a weekend out of it After the hurricane Ft. Myers Beach is very much under construction, so there isn’t a lot going on there yet, but being Floridians ourselves, the beach and a few Tacos was all we were looking for. The house was remodeled very nicely but there was a bit of a musty smell upon entrance that you just kind of got used to after being in there for an hour or so. House was well equipped with the exception of towels, we had 4 towels total for the 6 of us we had to buy some. There was a used solo cup with some kind of old beer Inside a drawer in the bedroom and a dusty looking hair ball in the closet in the hallway, under the bed in the master was very dusty. Other than that the house was pretty spotless. Pool right in the backyard was nice and short walk to the beach (the quiet end) . The house is about 3 miles south of the town square area so you need a vehicle or transportation to get to restaurants that are open.
