Our LIVING AREA features a flat screen TV with HD so you can watch from the kitchen while you prepare meals. Relax on the comfy new sofa/sleeper or in our easy chairs. The DINING AREA features a huge table for six plus seating for two at the breakfast bar. Or you can have everyone dine out on the screened in lanai on the second dining table for six. The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and granite counter tops! Plenty of dishware and glassware for fine dining inside, plus outdoor picnic supplies, most utensils you would ever need, blender, coffee maker, new pans and so much more.

The MASTER BEDROOM En Suite has a King-sized bed, large screen tv and its own private lanai access. The MASTER BATH features a tiled shower/tub, brand new cabinets and granite counter top. The GUEST BEDROOM with its own flat screen TV is cozy and casual with twin beds. The totally remodeled GUEST BATH has a tiled walk-in shower.

Furniture and accessories are replaced often to keep unit in 5-star shape! FREE WIFI and In Unit WASHER/DRYER is included for your convenience. There is ample parking, a secured lobby and building elevator. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Additional on-site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a GULF FRONT HEATED POOL, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, BBQ Grills and a social room overlooking the pool. There is also a large room with a full-sized fridge which is perfect to bring snacks and drinks to the pool and keep them cold all day. It is important to note that the beach is WIDE in this location and will be a longer walk to get to the water. Due to the location of the condo near Big Carlos Pass, you will almost always see dolphins and find beautiful shells. The walk is 100% worth it!

Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily. While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds.

Kayak or boat to Mound Key, an archaeological treasure built as the Calusa Indian's headquarters over one thousand years ago. Stroll through the Matanzas Pass Nature Preserve and enjoy Florida's flora, fauna, and bird life in its primitive state. Walk to Lover's Key State Park for kayaking, shelling, and picnics.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open, Santini Marina Plaza will offer you shops, restaurants, bars and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
