Every convenience has been thoughtfully provided in this well appointed coastal cottage style two bedroom, two bath condo. Weathered wood and bead board throughout further enhance the decor and creates a fun environment for beachfront living. Gorgeous unit with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, side by side refrigerator with icemaker, convection oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, Ultra Capacity LG Steam washer & dryer, toaster, blender, Fresh Grind coffee maker, ironing board with iron, and central A/C along with ceiling fans. The master bedroom features a King size Sleep Number Adjustable bed with 2 night tables with lamps, dresser, Flat panel 4K TV , seating area, walk in closet with custom organizers, large walk in shower with frameless glass shower doors, quartz countertops, travertine tile floors in bath, carpet in bedroom and window looking out onto the beautiful Gulf. The guest room features a King size Sleep Number Adjustable bed, 4K Flat panel TV, walk in closet with organizers, 2 night tables with coral lamps, chair, dresser, and a large window. Guest bath has a tub/shower combo with quartz countertop, porcelain tile floor, and retractable hanging line for swim suits.
While here be sure to enjoy the condo’s beautiful beachside pool surrounded by brick pavers and plenty of lounge chairs for perfecting your tan. Beach towels are provided for you and are located in the condo’s linen closet for your convenience.
The living room has a sofa and love seat, chair with ottoman, video library, selection of board games, emergency weather radio, and ceiling fan. A dining room table that can seat 6 people. There is also a Bar with 2 stools. The screened lanai has Sofa, chairs and fire table to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets with a beverage of your choice!
