Sand Dollar Unit #3 is part of a stunning four-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool and dock, right across the street from the beach! This PET-FRIENDLY upper-level two-bedroom unit features King beds plus queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower combo, the other with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio. Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property. • Upper-level unit on the left side • Shared washer and dryer units on-site • Walking distance to the beach • Short ride to the island's Times Square • Pet friendly! Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! FOUR units with a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. I Caught several fish from the dock on the canal including redfish, snook, ladyfish, sail cats, and mangrove snapper. All while my wife and teenage daughters lounged in the pool watching. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Sand Dollar! The unit was impeccably clean, roomy, great amenities and provisions. We enjoyed the views from the patios, front and back of the canal and Gulf. The pool and pool area were maintained well for our relaxation. Good location with its proximity to the beach access, close to Publix and had the ability to day trip around the area.
