Terrible Cleanliness and Extremely Rude Management My experience at Liv Hotel in the Bronx was absolutely unacceptable. I checked in last night, only to find multiple hairs, lint on the sheets and pillows, along with improper bedding. The room was not clean, and I felt completely uncomfortable sleeping there. I did not feel the room was in an acceptable condition, so I decided not to stay. What made the experience even worse was the way management handled the situation the following morning. When I contacted the manager, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He told me that because I did not accept the accommodation offered, that was my problem, not his, and that he would not approve a refund. Expedia also contacted him regarding the situation, and his response was just as unprofessional. He reportedly said, “It was 1 a.m., what do you expect I was doing?” This response was shocking and completely unacceptable. The time of check-in does not excuse poor cleanliness or a lack of proper bedding. I understand that issues can happen, but I expect a hotel to provide a clean room and professional customer service. Instead, I was left feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and disrespected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, or respectful treatment. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and the manager’s attitude made an already bad experience even worse. Management needs to take responsibility for the condition of its rooms

Second time staying at this property and it is amazing. Beautifully appointed rooms, great staff, great bar and restaurant.
