Very nice apartment and clean very modern style. I would definitely recommend. Close to every thing! Walking distance I’m so glad I chose this place.

Perfect location to stay and see a Reds game.

The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our reservation was a party of 2 with a 6 party posted limit. We had to contact customer service because the host encouraged us to cancel via the app due not being a “good fit” for this protected community. I would be mindful of hosts who charge outrageous security deposits for short stays. I would not recommend this property. There are other great places nearby and more friendly who offer more amenities.

If you're looking for a posh stay while you're in town, this is definitely the place!! Semi, Christina, Scott, Braun are just a few of the staff that I can remember that made our stay wonderful, and treated us like royalty while staying there. Their turn down service is top of the line, Thank you all for the great hospitality and making our stay there absolutely AMAZING!

The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help us avoid the dreariness of the place. The bedrooms have NO WINDOWS! The largest bedroom also is along the water lines of the building so you hear every flush, every shower, every bang through the night. The other two bedrooms were very quiet. The kitchen was beneficial and stocked with enough stuff for us but the glasses were dirty. The washer and dryer was easy to use and supplies were good. There were too few towels so we had to do several loads. The location is great! Easy walking access to many things.
