King bedroom with double vanity hall bathroom. Large kitchen with ample storage. Amazing on site amenities include an outdoor, seasonal pool and 24 hour access gym. Washer/Dryer are in unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

Guests will be sent a key code to the smart lock 3 days prior to check in.

We require a copy of drivers license and a criminal background check to stay on the grounds - we need two business days before your stay to complete these items. If bringing your pet, it must be approved with a copy of their vet records, picture, and $200 non refundable pet fee. *We do ask to sign a rental agreement and we utilize a security deposit hold before all stays to prevent blatant disregard for house rules Thank you!
