If you like staying under a trailer trash family that beats their kids and stomps around 5am to 11pm while stinking the place up with marijauana then this is your place. Share heating and no sound proofing. Don’t get me started about the cleanliness of the bathroom.

We booked this basement for 3 adults but there was only 1 bed. There is a live seat which is not sofa bed, and is so small an adult can not sleep. Floor was dirty. There were clothes in the dryer washer all the time we stayed there. Entrance common space was dirty with bad small. The bed is cheap quality, if we move it disturb the other person in sleeping. In bed room there is a TV. We tried to run it but failed. 2nd we tried again and discovered that there is no battery in the remote. Overall it was a bad experience and we wished to change in 2nd day but we already paid full. We will never stay there and will not recommend any body.

When we arrived at this property we realized that there was no house number given in the check-in information. We tried to contact the host for almost an hour with no response, calls and texts. The only way we found the property was to throughly inspect the pictures for identifying details.
When we got there the oven burner was broken. We did contact the host about this and it was fixed the next day but only after it was suggested that we could just use broil to cook all our food.
This property has quiet hours from 11:00pm-7:00am. We stayed at this place for two weeks and I think there was only 4 mornings that the upstairs neighbours weren't yelling at each other and stomping around before 5:30am. My girlfriend was working from home during our stay and there was constant screaming and swearing coming from upstairs.
The ad states that this place is professionally cleaned. If that is the case they need new cleaners. There was food crumbs in the fridge, on the counters, and on the floor. Not to mention the layer of dust that I swept up under the bed. The owner left the windows wide open with no screens on them allowing flys and other bugs to enter the suite. The upstairs tenants left laundry in the washing machine for the entire two weeks.
I would also say that it did not feel like we had our personal space there is another suite less than 3 steps out the door if this place.
Other than that we had a great stay!
