Fort Green Holidays from £797

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at CW Clearwater. It's newly renovated so if you're looking it up right now, you may end up viewing the old, previous property. We had Suite #601 - 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, and small living room with dining table and balcony facing the street (ocean view across the street). I could've spent an entire week at this location. It felt like a cozy condo. The staff is wonderful. Drinks/food waa also great.

Just the parking fee is expensive I paid like almost 300 for two cars in 2 days

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater in July 2026. The hotel was well maintained and very clean for a property so close to the beach. While the hotel did many things well, we had a few issues that arose. We booked two nights in a double queen with a balcony (partial gulf view); however, the room wasn’t available at check in (4:00PM). The gentleman at the front desk stated we’d need to wait another hour for the room we booked. We took a double queen without any view or balcony instead of waiting. Valet is required at $40/night, which I understand but would like the option of parking our vehicle. The resort fee is $35/night although please note the chairs on the beach are picked up at 5:00PM (1-hour after check-in). Beach access through the pool area wasn’t very accessible and didn’t have signage. We weren’t alone, we watched multiple families struggle to find the exit. Room service was available, which we took advantage of. The price/value wasn’t there in our opinion, but it was a convenient amenity. They unfortunately didn’t read back the order which left an entree off, but they were quick to add and deliver. Overall it was a decent stay. The location was great, clean facility, and room. Family friendly.

Loved it here! Property is nice, staff is great. Loved the on site bar/restaurant. This area is very walkable and not too far from the river walk, museums etc. The only downside is having the additional cost to park somewhere you already paid to stay at. I also didn’t care for their breakfast.
