The staff here are not friendly. I’ve been to the island several times however this is my first time at the Crane. The front desk staff act as if they understood nothing. They are super slow with check in. The entire stay was the worst experience I’ve ever had in Barbados. Accommodations: The hotel us cute if you’re in to vintage style living. However running out of water when you have natural water source is insane. We were told that the water would be out from 2-6 pm on one of the days and provided 3 water bottles to wash. Then I was told that my shower was cold as a result of the water outage. I kindly had to tell the operator that the lie is exactly that because the other family members that are here in the same building on the same floor has hot water. A technician was sent after that second call. Food: The food is terrible and overly expensive. They offer a breakfast buffet for $50 USD however if you purchase a package it’s brings the price down but you have to use the meal plan consecutive days. We learned about the meal plan day 3 and asked if it could be back dated to include day 2 because the other days we would be out on excursions and not able to do 3 consecutive day. They said a manager would be out to speak to us. Then returned and said the current manage was not able to assist and the afternoon manger would call or come by to the room. No missed called or visits from anyone. I would never return to this location or recommend it

Perfect location, great entertainment, all restaurants were open & food was great! Close to shopping places. Hotel provided free rides to different beaches because of the seaweed. Staff was wondering & my beach front room still had amazing views

We had the best time at the Club. The resort is very clean and the food and drinks were amazing. It’s an older property but very clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were a little hard, but some folks like that. The beach area wasn’t a typical beach area but a great place to snorkel and enjoy the sea. Just a tiny stairway away, and you were on white sand beaches. Highly recommend The Club.

This is a very nice apartment style place to stay. About 10 minutes by car to Holetown which has lots of restaurants to choose from. The snorkeling right off the beach is great. The apartments are beautifully decorated. If you’re looking for somewhere super quiet to stay, this is it. However of you want a more lively resort, the don’t recommend it.
