"The location and view of this property was excellent. The staff gave good dining recommendations. The fire pit at night with s’mores was nice. We were given a nice bouquet of flowers at time of check in. The morning breakfast was a bit different. The kitchen was stocked with eggs, cream cheese, yogurt and condiments and pastries. You were responsible to make your own breakfast in the kitchen. "

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. it is also convenient to many of the places in Maine we wanted to explore."
Charming Studio with Stunning Bay Views, AC, and Internet

"The studio apartment was as advertised .. so cute.. cozy and comfortable. VERY clean. Perfect for a couple.
The view was very nice and there were outside chairs on the property to sit and enjoy!
There was just a small microwave to cook in and a small refrigerator. ( setting might have been set too high) I would have found it beneficial to have an electric frying pan or an electric griddle to make eggs or stir-fry veggies . One other item I couldn't find was a manual can opener. The neighbor ( who will be renting her unit) was there and was very nice and she lent me one.
There is a restaurant on the property which we had dinner at. The food was amazing! The service was new.
Location is very accessible to Wiscasset ( the home of the famous REDS lobster rolls) I walked the 2 mile bridge and back. We also drove to other nearby spots. "
