"What a fun spot for a stay! The room was huge and the bed was crazy comfortable!!! The Owners were the highlight however - we so enjoyed our stay with Jim and Donna!!!! Breakfast was delicious! This renovated Elementary School was so unique but my husband had PTSD about time spent in the Principal’s office! Would definitely visit the Sherman Inn again if ever in the area! Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay. Sean was quick to respond to any questions that we had before, during and after the booking process. The home is spacious and well appointed. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor areas, patio, firepit area both have plenty of seating. The view of the river is incredible and we spent a great deal of time outside watching the ships pass by and the abundant types of birds on and around the river. The location can't be beat, 10 minutes from Ogdensburg and 30 minutes from Alexandria Bay, both easy commutes. Thank you Sean for allowing us to spend time at your special place on the river."

"This lakeside property was very clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the stove was very convenient so we did not have to go out to eat. The view from the deck is amazing! We enjoyed fishing off the dock and just taking in the lake and the sounds of nature."
