Lovely fully equipped kitchen. There is little you can do at the property itself and if you walk down to the marina you will find a couple dining spots. Renting a car while visiting Martinique is a must because taxis are too expensive and public transportation isnt always reliable. This property has ample parking. Staff is very courteous and accommodating even though I spoke no French. Separate bedroom, separate bathroom, separate shower, large open concept kitchen, living room. Large balcony with great ocean view. Crickets at night. We stayed one night; before our cruise. Would stay there again. Only downside was we had to check out at 12 noon (which is still reasonable) but our embarkation is only at 5\. We could have extended our stay but at 15 euros per hour. The place is very clean with spacious rooms and balconies overlooking the ocean. Kitchen provided what we needed to make simple meals right in our room. Location was good with grocery store, bakery and restaurants all within walking distance away. Even a small beach located just across the street was a nice bonus. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. It was always half of it actually turns out to be. The only decent place to eat nearby is Le Spice. That being said it's next to a port so lots of loud noises in the morning when containers are being loaded etc. My main dislike of this place is that its really a type of apartment so you are penalized for not taking out your garbage which is all the way down at the entrance through a locked door so Imagine if you're disabled or running late for a flight or something. You're penalized for leaving dishes dirty lol. But the most frustrating this is that the parking is locked from 10pm to 7am so you have to go through the underground garage and take a flight of stairs to access the elevator . I just found that cumbersome. Cependant, Excellente location qui a répondu à nos attentes Le studio était très bien équipé. Une douche grande et spacieuse, un très grand lit et tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine extérieure. Le personnel a été très gentil et réactif en particulier le technicien qui nous a amené un frigo ( manquant) et une cafetière dans les 5 mn après notre demande. Nous avons apprécié la piscine propre et calme.
