PARKING
One private parking space in the complex.

Guests have the entire apartment and a private parking space in the complex at their disposal. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Check-in is self-service; detailed instructions will be sent before your stay.

The concierge team is available throughout your stay via Airbnb messaging and can assist on-site if needed.

Evana is located in a quiet residence in the hills above Fort-de-France, with an unobstructed view of the city and the bay. City centre is a 5-minute drive away: the waterfront, the covered market, the Schoelcher Library, Saint-Louis Cathedral, and the Jardin de la Savane. Shops and a supermarket are 5 minutes away. The Schoelcher beaches, including Anse Madame, are about 10 minutes away.

A car is recommended for exploring the island; a private parking space is included in the residence. The Martinique Aimé Césaire Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. From the Fort-de-France waterfront, ferry services connect to Les Trois-Îlets and Anse Mitan. The Mozaïk bus network serves the city; the nearest stop is a 2-minute walk away.
Evana is located in a year-round residential complex. Please respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet, especially on the terrace after 10 p.m.

During your stay
This is a smoke-free property, including on the terrace.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment.
Please use only the parking space assigned to the apartment.
Remember to roll up the terrace awning in case of wind or rain, as well as when you are away.
Close the windows and the sliding glass door when the air conditioning is running, and turn it off when you leave the apartment.
Please report any incidents or damaged items to us immediately so we can address them.

Before you leave
Run the dishwasher or leave the dishes clean.
Take out the trash to the residence’s trash bins.
Close the windows, turn off the lights and the air conditioning.
Leave the keys where indicated in the checkout instructions.
