### 8 Elizabeth Parade on the Forster Keys

With bright modern features and furnishings throughout, a large private outdoor entertaining area, and the Forster Keys foreshore and river just across the road, this holiday home provides a great base to stay in comfort and head out to make use of the water.  
  
With three bedrooms made up with linen and towels rolled up ready for the bathrooms, just pack your beach towels to go for a swim in the river and lake or a short drive to numerous beaches. With air conditioning in the open loungeroom and fans throughout, you can easily stay cool or turn on the gas fireplace to keep warm in the loungeroom. There is also an additional fold-out single bed, should an additional guest be required.  
  
Open up to the outdoor entertaining areas, with a with a deck leading straight out of bedroom 1 with views of the water, deck chairs to relax in, and a fire pit to sit around. The main deck provides cover from the elements whilst still embracing the fresh air, with the kitchen windows leading out to a breakfast buffet and a BBQ to cook up some great meals. There are two driveways, with a single lock up garage as well as a single carport.  
  
A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

HiI just wanted to get in touch with some feedback about the property that we have rented this week.We did send a message to the phone number that told us to put bins out and told us what time to pick the keys up. That person didn’t even have the decency to reply to us. 1\. The fridge is disgusting. It stinks! It needs to be aired out. All of the food that we have put in it this week has been left with the bad odour. 2\. I was only able to cook one meal before the gas ran out. There should be a second gas bottle on hand for the amount of money we have paid to stay. 3\. The shower drain is blocked and needs to be cleared out.4\. The out side of the house needs a good clean for the amount that we have been charged. There are cobwebs all over the windows, you walk through the front and back door and there is dirt and cobwebs cause it hasn't been cleaned properly.4\. The garage floor and the grassed area where the clothes line are need a good clean. Thanks for your consideration with these matters before the next person pays top dollar to stay at the premises.
