Běžné vybavení bytu čisté, udržované...prostě bez chyby. Možnost objednávky čerstvého ranního pečiva z asi 25 druhů ( rohlíků, chlebů, croasantů a jiných buchtovin...) samozřejmě dodávka až na kliku bytu nemá chybu. Navíc prostorná terasa s nábytkem pro kuřáky.
