"We loved our stay here, really well equipped apartment literally 50m from the beach, couldn't ask for more. The complex is well appointed and very well maintained with BBQs, pools etc. There were 4 adults and 1 child staying there and we never felt cramped. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again. I took one star off due to the booking/check-in process as the property manager uses a 3rd party security deposit site. The site charges a non-refundable "processing fee" for the privilege of giving them...

"good spot for families, close to beach, pool facilities available-shame not all of it were available though, house was in good condition and well maintained. The location of particular house was not as it seemed to be right across from beach as it looked in the pictures so that was disappointing. Otherwise we were happy with the facility."

"Fantastic property, great outdoor area, has everything you need and very nicely styled. A little out of town but straight opposite the beach, which is accessible through the scrub. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi and the microwave didn't work. Numerous messages to the team managing the property went unanswered which was disappointing. "

"It's nice and quiet with a family vibe and only about a 5-10 minute drive to Busselton centre. The beach is a few minutes' walk and the pool was refreshing. The lounge area was nice and open and relaxing, though I wish the TV was a smart TV so we could screen share to watch a movie. The only issues were with the bathroom mold, it needs addressing. And owners of large/long 4WDs will struggle to fit in the allocated parking bay. Overall the villa was well-appointed and I'd probably stay again."
