The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. You can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the dining room or on the terrace with views of the garden.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms, making it perfect for escaping the heat. It also has a fireplace for those cooler evenings.
The property has a large 30 m2 terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and unobstructed views. The 600 m2 garden offers an ideal space for children to play safely.
The location is ideal for families, in a rural area just 6 km from Cala Saona beach and 300 metres from the centre of Sant Francesc. Other beaches such as Ses Illetes, Es Pujols and Ses Playetes are also within easy reach.
