Per arribar-hi has de fer un tram de camí de muntanya amb cotxe però s'hi pot arribar bé si no plou (quan plou no ho sé), però val la pena per la tranquil·litat. La Rita et deixa fer i desfer, està disponible pel què et faci falta. La cuina té tot el necessari. Les instal·lacions estan quasi noves. Com a millora proposaria un matalàs sense molles i un calefactor i assecador al bany. A Formentera està tot molt a prop, St. Francesc queda a 20 min. de la casa anant amb calma.
