It is a rural environment with views of the sea and the island of Ibiza. There is a small family supermarket 20 meters from the door and San Francesc is less than 1km away. Cala Sahona is 3 km away and Puerto de la Savina is less than 2 km away. The house has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a wonderful outdoor area, with a table for lunch or dinner, a barbecue, 2 terraces and many areas to sit in the sun or in the shade and read or have a glass of wine. came.
